Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!
We work with trusted third-party warehouses and logistics partners to fulfill your orders. This means your order will be shipped directly from our partners’ warehouses, which may be located in China or the United States depending on product availability and the shipping method selected.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing time may take up to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance (for international shipments), or high order volume. All times are in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

US Warehouse Shipping (when available): Usually 3–7 business days
Standard Shipping (from China or other warehouses):
United States: 7–15 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Canada: 10–20 business days
Europe / UK / Australia: 10–25 business days
Other International Destinations: 15–35 business days (may be longer due to customs clearance)

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 (some products may have separate free shipping rules — please check the product page).
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the shipping method chosen.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package using the provided link or on the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, DHL, 4PX, etc.). Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
For orders shipped from China, international customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees (these are not included in the shipping cost).
If your order is significantly delayed (more than 30 days), please contact us for assistance.
We reserve the right to split your order into multiple shipments if necessary.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and provide a solution (replacement or refund) as quickly as possible.
