Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Final sale items, discounted/clearance products, and personalized/custom items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@sesametreasure.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Ship the item back to our return address (we recommend using a trackable shipping method).
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a carrier with tracking.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for non-defective returns.
Exchanges: We happily offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color (subject to availability).
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no extra cost to you.
